    1. Apart from what seem to me to be some limitations to Bolling's art, these are some dandy comics. First of all, they are more often that not really quite funny. Second, they range widely across different targets for Bolling's satirical eye. The political ones are probably the most acute and vicious (and often the most funny--I especially liked most of the Judge Scalia attacks, but most of the Lucky Duck ones are very funny kids' comic parodies that skewer corporate greed; the capitalist dog alway [...]

    2. Probably the best of the three Tom the Dancing Bug compilations. It's the only one that's large format, for one thing. Bolling's art is really great & you want to be able to see all the details. There's only one Super Fun Pak Comic in the whole thing, which is disappointing, but at least there's plenty of my 2nd favorite feature, "God Man." The political strips are overly wordy and don't hold up as well as the absurdist material, but there's plenty of the latter as well. I like how Bolling is [...]

Most of these directly or indirectly lampoon something that's going on with American politics, but some are just jabs at the human race. His portrayal of childhood with his Louis Maltby strips are humiliatingly accurate, as anyone who's ever been a [...]

    4. Best comic strip in America! This collection has countless gems lampooning politics, pop culture, and group think.
