    1. This book took me ages to get through and several parts I had to read through several times because the words just passed my eyes without really catching me. Each chapter has a shorter summary/abstract at the end with the important parts and at last I realised just focusing on them was the way for me to get through this.I think this was written for another audience because it felt like most of the used examples came from a higher society than the one I´m from and I had a hard time identifiying [...]

    3. Short, snappy chapters with some really good tips and pointers. Not much, if anything at all is new if you are an avid reader of such books, but is still good to have reminders. I like the writer's easy style and just the thing when you need pepping up to face a challenge. I particularly like Chapter 20 - Relax, Don't Struggle because it's helped me face the huge upheaval of moving countries.

A great read, Fiona Harrold is likeable through her writing style and provides short and punchy chapters that can be read quickly (10 minutes per chapter, in fact!) but still have a very positive effect on your outlook.I think Self-Development books should be about inspiring action, rather than being heavy reads - and this book certainly inspires you to change things.Recommended.
