    2. This was my first first reads win! Thank you! I love French food and this cook book. Holly takes something that most people fear (sauces) and makes the recipes simple. I have made a few of the classics but am anxious to try some of the others in the book. Well integrated with recipes for full entrees and some nice photos of France and the food.
