    1. Easy to read and follow author's ideasever the book gets a bit wordy as you read onwards for couple hundreds of pages, and the examples given gets repetitive. I was hoping for something more intriguing. That' said, the authors believes that negotiations happens in everyday life at almost any place /moment if you are in the mood when interacting with other people, probably unavoidable feeling the messages gets repeated many times.All examples in the book are real, however, many seem to be more re [...]
