    1. A great catch up with the lead boys of Cattle Valley.Loved seeing these 3 guys adapt to raising a couple of kids. Would of made more sense to me though, if Nate and Laura had at least exchanged a letter or two. I still can't help thinking that Ryan seems to always be the one getting left out a little. Not that anything was said, just the feeling I seem to get. My niggle would probably be the way (view spoiler)[ it seems to be leaning towards Nates father turning out not to be the complete asshol [...]

    2. Felt the coincidences (view spoiler)[(such as the discovery of a long lost brother and the possibility of Nate's nephew AND his father being gay? Come on) (hide spoiler)] in the story were a bit too farfetched to be believable.

    3. I think there is just too much in this for for it to be 80-something pages. (view spoiler)[Death of Nate's brotherFinding out that Nate's homophobic father is at least biBeing granted custody of the children by the sister-in-law Nate'd never metFinding out that Nate has an older brother who is mentally handicapped (hide spoiler)]It was just too much. And it really sucks that such a short book ended at about 83%. More than a tenth of this ebook is an excerpt from another book. another 5% is a list [...]

    4. I thought this was a great story. Nate, Rio and Ryan love and support each other through a difficult event that brings out feelings that Nate thought he'd already come to terms with. And along the way their relationship grows to include Nate's niece and nephew. I liked how Carol Lynne kept the 3 of them true to their relationship but showed that sometimes one may need a bit of distance to work things through.

    6. It was a nice enough read, although I wasn't really captivated. In the end it just fizzled out. I think, this is another series I have to let go.

    7. I am a sucker for a story with kids. I wish I had read the first story of Nate, Ryan and Rio and may do it in the future. I just found it odd, Nate ran away and has not seen his family but he stills gets the kids. I do like how the three of them worked it all out. Family is what matters, those your are born into and those you make.

    8. Review Written for mmgoodbookreviews.wordpress/Review: This is book 30 in this series, trust me this is my first one, and it stood alone perfectly, but, I sure do want to read them all. I just have to figure how to find the time since if they are like this one, you won’t want to put the book down once you start. Then you will want to read the next one. So, perhaps a week of reading vacation is in order.Nate gets word that his brother and sister-in-law both die in a plane crash and that his sis [...]

    9. Nate, of 'Fingerprints and Muddy Feet' by Carol Lynne, is happy with his partners Rio and Ryan and had never given much consideration to having children; but when his brother and wife die unexpectedly, he is presented with an opportunity to help provide his niece and nephew with a better life than he did with his parents, their grandparents, and the people who hurt him most in life, by disowning him for being gay. Nate loves his partners and is concerned with what will happen if they don't want [...]

    10. Even better than the first time I read it. I love Cattle Valley. It is a feel good series for me. I can always count on the folks having a seat for me at the table and welcoming me with open arms.

    11. I think I enjoyed Ryan's book when he went back to Oklahoma to deal with his mother's death and his family issues more than I did this one dealing with Nate and his family drama. I was actually bored for most of the book until Will, the eight year old boy, made his appearance. I was very intrigued by this aspect of the plot. Not sure if he'll be gay or just a weirdo but I'd read a book about him tomorrow. I really do like kids in books. Ryan, Nate, and Rio really need to keep the sex to the bedr [...]

    12. This book is about Nate and his past with his family. Nate ends up the guardian of his niece and nephew after a plane crash kills his brother and sister in law. He ends up confronting his father and mother when he shows up at the funeral. Rio and Ryan have to decide if they can take on children, when they are use to having Nate to himself This book is good, but again, their is an abrupt stop. Just when it was getting really good, it was the end. :(. Not sure if the series will continue or not??? [...]

    13. In my lifetime I have broken my arm several time and NOT! even one of those times did I get an epic glow in the dark cast !!! should I ever break my arm again I will refuse to have a cast put on unless it is pink or glow in the dark . -rant over- I loved this book and I am glad that it all worked out in the end I really wanted to smack Nate upside the head a few times but everything worked out for the best in the end though I would have liked to know how the kids did at school I wanted them to h [...]

    14. 5***** I always get so lost in the Cattle Valley books that when the end comes, it comes as a surprise. Which leaves me feeling sad that I have to wait for the next one. This book was just as good as all the others. I love reading about Nate, Rio and Ryan. It's nice that we get to go back to them sometimes. I like finding out what is happening with them and all the other members of Cattle Valley! Thank you Carol Lynne!

    15. Too much brushing on several serious subjects even on Cattle Valley standards. The amount of sex in such a short book was overwhelming, and this book made me realize that maybe erotica/erotic romance isn't for me after all.

    16. While I don't normally like menace books I really did like this one. I don't like Snake, I think he seems like an asshole. Hannah and Will seem like good kids and I hope their new family works out.

    17. Another Nate, Rio and Ryan, I can't get enough of these boys. Loved this one and the implications that arise, and can't wait to see for they are all going further on down the track
