    1. Geez, I'm hooked (in a baaaad way) on C.C. Wood and her writing. Good Lord, if she had more to read, my whole life would be ignored. Lol. Kiss Me was just as amazing as all her other works!Summary:Six years ago, Jake broke Kaylie's heart. She never let on to how much he crushed her, believing it was better for everyone if she just moved on as best she could. With the engagement of her best friend, Blair, to her older brother, Kevin, Jake has crashed back into her life and is determined to stay. [...]

    2. Simple and straightforward story of two people who broke up years before when they were younger and are still holding on to their feelings even after all those years.Kaylie is still in love with Jake but she thought he doesn't want her because he was the one who dumped her years before. Jake is also still in love with Kaylie but thought she has moved on since then. So when they got together for her brother, Jake's friend, and her bestie's engagement party, they realized that they have a lot of u [...]

    3. loved Kaylie in CC's book A Kiss for Christmas, and was so excited when she decided this spunky girl needed her own story and hot guy!Six years ago Jake broke Kaylie's heart, but she refused to let him know how much he'd truly hurt her. Now that her brother (and his best friend) is marrying her best friend and the two of them are the Maid of Honor and Best Man, there is no way she can avoid being around him. Can she keep from getting her heart shattered again and can his shins survive her famous [...]

    4. Completely and totally fell in love with this novella. Kaylie's feisty nature and Jake's implacable one made their chemistry jump off the page (or screen in my case). I'm always a sucker for the thwarted-lovers-from-the-past story, and this delivered because it wasn't so much a third party coming between them as it was missed signals, misconceptions, and youth. Anyway, loved it, highly recommend it, and buying ALL the rest of Ms Wood's titles.

    5. Read more of my reviews and ramblings at Ana's Attic Book BlogKiss Me by CC Wood has all of the things I look for in a novel. An alpha guy, a feisty, fun heroine I love, some good sexy times, some giggling moments and lots of "aaawwwws". But it didn't have one thing I wantedRE!!!Though Kiss Me can be a stand-alone novella, I highly recommend you read A Kiss For Christmas first (this story is good any time of year-see my review here.) In A Kiss for Christmas, we meet Kevin and Blair. Blair's BFF [...]

    6. In the past I have said that C.C. Wood is a little bit of a genius when it comes to her novellas she has such a gift of giving us the story and making it feel complete without it feeling rushed because it was a shorter story. In the second installment in the Kiss series she hit another home run. You first meet Kaylie in A Kiss for Christmas but you get to know what makes her tick and standoffish in this book. As soon as you meet Jake you automatically feel the pain and connection between the two. [...]

    7. This was a sweet second-chance read about Kaylie and Jake. They got together when they were 18 and what was supposed to be a "hook up" for a few weeks, turned into four years, after which, out of the blue, Jake dumped Kaylie and apparently gave her no explanation for ending a four year relationship. If you read my reviews regularly, you might have figured out that I am a total sucker for a second chance romance. This was cute, but in the end it was too short to get any real traction. I think it c [...]

    8. After spending the last few days reading and reviewing C.C. Wood's three previously released novelles, I was so excited to get my ARC copy of Kiss Me! I knew of course there would be steam, there would definitely be sex, and hopefully a great love story to tie it all together. Kiss Me did not dissapoint! 9. There should be a "There's No Crying in CC Wood's Books" disclaimer. As with her other novellas I've read, Kiss Me is a perfect distraction from the heavy, emotional, heart-wrenching books that populate romance bookshelves. Kiss Me could have easily been a longer book, made into a drawn-out Will they? Won't they? story, but as it is as a short novella, it's a great quickie read.

    10. This was a great read! It was sweet and short, and a perfect book to follow up all of the heavy books I've been reading lately. I can't wait to read other books by CC Wood. She's a great writer, and even for the shortness of this book, you still get to know the characters, and can easily get into the story.

    11. All though this book was a short read, I thought it was sweet. You never do get over your first love. Kaylie had her heart broke by Jake 6 years ago but it seems as though Jake never got over Kaylie. I love it when two people belong together finally find their way back.

    12. What a wonderful short read. Love books where old flames are rekindled. Kaylie never got over her broken heart. Jake is a major problem for her. I enjoyed reading as Jake did he best to drive her insane and win back her trust. This is a wonderful short read you will not be disappointed!

    13. I really enjoy the books by c.c. wood. they are short stories but they still manage to give you a connection to the characters and a really decent storyline. They are fun reads and sometimes it nice to just read a quick story for a change in pace

    14. This is a short and sweet, sexy, sassy novellad the headboard scenewhat is it with a man telling the woman to hold on and not let go? Geez!Click here for my complete Scandalicious Book Review:scandaliciousbookreviews.c

    15. This is a sweet, less drama (Literally and I like it!) & light read that you will definitely enjoy. And I mean it. Not a lot of short stories out there are good but this one is worth the read. A feel good read. Totally.Imma read A Kiss For Christmas soon. I’m excited. :)** Also posted on my TUMBLR accountxoxopimpimxoxo.tumblr/post

    16. this was very short and quite sweet. Jake made this book but i didi like how kayley kicked him in the shins.I'm not really into novella's this short but it was a fun quick read and it was also forgettable

    17. Loved it! Cute, short and sexy read! Kaylie was hilarious and such a firecracker, loved her! Her and Jake were hot together and glad they got their HEA!
