    2. What a great read. Ms. Alley took a real life event, 'The Great Hanging at Gainesville Texas and wrote a story around it. How I love that concept. Actual buildings and places are described in detail, taking me right into the plot. The characters were realistic and touched my heart. Bravo. Obviously a Dr. Seuss fan, she included a few appropriate quotes along the way.I'll be watching for more work from this new but talented author. I'm looking forward to seeing her growth.
