    1. THESEUS DISCOVERS HIS HEIR by Michelle Smart is the 2nd book in her Kalliakis Crown Series about 3 Princes and brothers.I enjoyed the 1st book in the series, Talos Claims His Virgin and was looking forward to Prince Theseus book.Five years ago, Joanne Brookes had a torrid and steamy fling with a gorgeous Greek man, Theo Patakis, whilst on holiday on a Greek island. When she returns home, she discovers that she’s pregnant and has spent years trying, unsuccessfully, to find Theo to tell him abou [...]

    2. Oh, this was a nice secret baby story. Baby was secret because the heroine didn't know "Theo" was a prince and she couldn't find him once she was pregnant. The baby is four years old when our heroine is tapped to finish the authorized biography the prince has commissioned for his grandfather. A coincidence worthy of an HP story. The heroine is a wonderful character - hard-working, loving and always trying to do the right thing. The hero has been doing the wrong thing most of his life (he was the [...]

    3. Very enjoyable and believable HEA. No huge over-the-top drama and I still very much enjoyed it. Smart does have a talent.H/h were both as anchored in the real world as HPLandia residents can be. The h was a lovely person and the H wasn't a OTT jerk. There was a brief period of the H flexing his powerful prince-of-a-fake-country muscles with threats of keeping the heroine under lock and key until she caves to his demands. Personally, I love that crap even though I'm not usually a big follower of [...]

    4. Y.Y I had a really long review but my dear internet cheated on me so I'll write a shorter version of what I remember I wrote.I knew it! The moment I read about Theseus undercover sabbatical in Talos claims his virgin I knew Theseus would soon find he made a love-child in said sabbatical. Now I love the secret-baby plot only if there is a good enough reason for the h not telling the H about the baby. In this case Jo met Theseus under another name so she wouldn't ever find him tough she tried (view [...]

    5. I love the secret baby trope. Theo and Joanne have a fling while on vacation but Theo doesn't reveal his true identity to her. Five years later Joanne discovers that her child's father is in fact Prince Theseus. When Theseus learns he is a father he is determined to claim his child and Joanne. Great read. I wasn't a fan of this author but l find her latest books amazing. Virginal heroines, sexy heroes and plenty of angst. I loved that hero and heroine remained celibate during separation. I wish [...]

    6. Author Michelle Smart weaves a convincing tale in her latest Harlequin Presents novel Theseus Discovers His Heir. Ms. Smart brings lots of emotion, drama and intense moments to the page. Her poetic writing style, likable characters, touching sometimes highly dramatic dialogues and scenic descriptions pull you into the book and leaves you satisfied until the last page. At first I didn’t like Theseus but eventually as I got to know him as the story progresses, I found him to be considerate. I sa [...]

    7. I tried. I tried. I really really tried. But I can't. Are Michelle Smart and Maya Blake the same person? This book was sooooo very similar to Brunetti's Secret Son in structure, same old story with a slight tweaks in location, setting and characters. I don't know who wrote the story first but too much the same.Basically another virgin gets knocked up on a night stand then fast forward a few years time, finds out her baby's daddy is a prince - the other book the hero (Romeo) was a billionaire. Bo [...]

    8. 4 Lost and Found Stars“Freedom comes in many forms…you don’t have to hide the essence of yourself away for ever.” I loved this book. Long lost love, secret baby, lost hero, strong heroine, all my favorite tropes in one small book. ☺ Jo meets Theo while vacationing after university. He saves her from a group of aggressive guys. This leads to a friendship that Jo never expected to go anywhere, until Theo shows up at her door late one night, hurting, after learning that his grandmother is [...]

    9. Love the concept of this romance an affair that leads to a child but Joanne is unable to inform Theseus he is a father as he has vanished from her life. Joanne has been searching for Theseus and through fate is asked to finish work at the royal palace where she comes face to face with the father of her son. A well written romance that is the 2nd in a trilogy but also can easily be led as a stand alone.

    10. This uses my favorite version of the secret baby trope -- where it's only a secret because the heroine couldn't find the baby daddy. I really enjoyed it. I really appreciate how competent Joanne was at her job and how great a mother she was. I did really want to punch Theseus in the face for a bit but he got better. I would like to read the last book in this trilogy RIGHT NOW, PLEASE.

    11. Good. It even brought a tear to my eye. Though the infinite mentions of the heroine's "autumn" tresses were too much and there were 2 "or so she thought". Overall - a really enjoyable story.

    12. One of those books where the only time the "hero" respects the heroine's bodily autonomy is when it comes to her dieting.

    13. Very entertaining story. Didn't warm to Theseus initially but he did manage to redeem himself very nicely. Have enjoyed the first two books in this series.

    14. This is the 2nd book in it you read about the middle bother Prince Theseus and what he does for his dying Grandfather the King. Theseus employs a writer to write about his Grandfathers life buy something happens and the women that is writing can no longer do it so she sends Joanne to finish it. But Joanne has a secret about Theseus and her. What happens next will shock and surprise you. I was drawn in to find out what happens and loved it. I recommend this book.

    15. Theseus Discovers His Heir is Book 2 of the Kalliakis Crown Series by Michelle Smart. Now who doesn’t love a good romance story featuring some secret baby drama?! This is definitely a tried and true Harlequin story right here and works wonderfully! A guy and gal have a fling several years ago and go on their separate ways. Girl finds out she’s preggo and plans on tracking down the baby’s daddy to tell him of the news. When checking out a website for some information on a job she is to do, [...]

    16. It's not a four star or five star rating simply because I felt like some actions of the characters were quite comedic, over exaggerated, and random. The story includes a cute little four year old and the plot is standard. It was entertaining and enjoyable to see a man interact with a child who has a mind of his own.

    17. "Although a bit fantastic in nature, Smart’s story will make every girl wish she could find a prince and fall in love. Theseus is a sexy, likable character who is quite well drawn, as is Joanne" (RT Book Reviews, 4 1/2 stars TOP PICK!).Miniseries: The Kalliakis Crown

    18. Satisfying continuation of the trilogy - was looking forward to next installment but it had sold out in paperback on the Mills & Boon website. Clearly, a lot of other people wanted to read the conclusion of the trilogy. I suppose I will have to download it - though I'm not a fan of ebooks.

    19. There's absolutely nothing better than a great Harlequin read. Theseus Discovers His Heir was an excellent read!
