    1. This was clearly written and has examples set out in logical order. Each chapter builds on the previous one, consolidating previous skills and introducing new ones. However, it also illustrates the stereotypical therapeutic approach that is so often mocked. Reflection is taken to an extreme, responses are robotic, and if I were exposed to someone applying techniques learned from here I'd scream and probably smash something.
