    1. This was such an emotionally hard book to finish, but it wasn't because of any struggles the MCs had to go through. The reason is that it is impossible to let go of a family you feel a part of in such types of series. I read the book with a heavy feeling at the bottom of my gut and in my heart, a pestering voice constantly reminding me that this is the last book of the series.I really enjoyed Darren and JJ. The start of the book was especially entertaining. The portrayals of Darren's and JJ's ch [...]

    2. I have been a fan of this series from day 1. I love the world K.C. Wells and Parker Williams created in Collars and Cuffs, which is set at a BDSM club of the same name in Manchester. It all started in An Unlocked Heart with Leo, the Dom who lost his beloved sub in a car accident, and Alex, the shy, nervous server working at an Italian restaurant. Leo's partner, Thomas, found love again in Trusting Thomas with Peter, the fearful submissive who blossomed under Thomas' firm but loving care. Every b [...]

    3. “There is no real ending. It’s just the place where you stop the story.” ―Frank HerbertThis feels like the end of an era. TheCollars & Cuffs series has come to end. I'm not the biggest fan of the BDSM subgenre, but I can say without a doubt that this series is my absolute favorite in this category. There's always sweetness and real emotion between the characters, and that's what makes the difference for me. Endings and Beginnings came close to perfection. And it's exactly how a serie [...]

    4. Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of ending. ~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow This was a story that I put off enjoying. Not because I wasn't eager to see what happened, and definately not because I don't Love the Collars & Cuffs gang, noI put off reading or listening to this story because I didn't want to face the end. I am one of those people where if I don't acknowledge something, I can keep pretending it isn't true. Is that healthy? Probably not. But who says we are all hea [...]

    5. Release day review posted at Sinfully. This is bittersweet for me, saying goodbye to a favorite series and some favorite couples, but K.C. Wells and Parker Williams did a great job tying up all their stories and giving us a brand new one with club bartender JJ and Darren, the salon owner we met in Trusting Thomas. While this is JJ and Darren’s story, and the romance is exclusively theirs, the plotline involves the club and its members so there is time to say goodbye to all your favorites. If yo [...]

    6. Well I did it, I read Endings and Beginnings, though I don't mind admitting I was terrified to begin the story. I kept thinking about a quote from the commentary of the Doctor Who serial The Pirate Planet: "Who do we know and who can we kill off?" Over the years I came to dearly love each couple in the Collars and Cuffs series and I wondered, how would the authors conclude this much beloved series? Would everyone make it out alive? Still a couple? Would I be able to get through the story without [...]

    7. I was given an ARC from the authors for an honest reviewThis was kind of a hard book to read because it's the close of an amazing series. To say I didn't want to say goodbye was to put it mildly, but I am so so glad I read it.I loved Darren and JJ. The sweetness of their connection warmed me to my core and their journey to discovery together was wonderful. They walked it side by side even when one of them stumbled. Yes, most of the mistakes were on JJ's part because he is so young and wounded, b [...]

    8. I've loved everything about this series, other than what I consider to be a minor blip with Someone to Keep Me [loved the cover, but the MC's?? Not so much unfortunately], but what's that old saying?? When one door closes, another one opensd that is exactly what's happening with this story, the final one in the C & C universe. :(Alex and Leo, oh and let's not forget Jarod and Eli rate amongst my most favourite couples in the whole of the genre, and I have to say that I've honestly been dread [...]

    9. REVIEWED FOR PRISM BOOK ALLIANCEFirstly this wasn’t as difficult to read as I had built up in my mind. Yes, it was goodbye. No, I didn’t want to leave Collars and Cuffs and all the men we have met along the way BUT it was wrapped up in a way that felt like it was goodbye for now and not goodbye for ever and more importantly neither author decided to kill anyone off that we cared about!Endings and Beginnings is a longer story than we have become accustomed to in this series yet it read quickl [...]

    10. Review: Endings and BeginningsFor those of you who are mourning the end of the Collars and Cuffs series, this is the book for you. Rejoice! KC Wells and Parker Williams take us on a brief review of the couples who have found each other through the club during the series. There’s a death (gasp!), a journey’s change of direction, a fear of discovery, a runaway and a beloved couple who leave town. That’s some of the endings. The beginnings include a wedding (I’ll let you guess whose), a reun [...]

    11. I've enjoyed getting to know the men of Collars and Cuffs. It was wonderful to catch up with the couples from the previous books. I definitely like the idea that this may be a beginning for a new group of couples. I will honestly say that I did not click with Darren and JJ. I'm not sure why that is. Thanks to the other couples, I still enjoyed this final book in a fabulous series.

    12. It was with a great deal of sadness that I began this final book in the 'Collars and Cuffs' series. It is one of my favorite series of all time and the thought of not having any more new couples and stories makes tears well up. These books are, undoubtedly, rereads and I'm grateful for that because I never want to lose the connection I've always felt for each of the couples. Since I trust these two authors with everything I am, I knew this finale was going to be fantastic. In that moment it seeme [...]

    13. It's always bittersweet, when a beloved series comes to an end. It's especially bittersweet when said series end captures all the perfection from its previous books, and leaves the reader, while sad that it's over, happy that it happened.Such is the case with Endings and Beginnings, the 8th and final book in the Collars & Cuffs series, set in and around a BDSM club in Manchester, England. The two authors did a fantabulous job letting me reminisce about the previous books, in which we met Leo [...]

    14. A wonderful and fitting end to the Collars and Cuffs Series. An honest review of an ARC copy.Having read the whole series. Endings and Beginnings, has to be one of my top three from the series. I had no idea what to expect. The plot is cleverly tieing (no pun intended) the characters new and old that suffered at the hands of Curtis Rogers. I really enjoyed the mix of some really funny humour as well as the emotional elements of the story. Even better we get to see two guys starting their journey [...]

    15. A nice ending to the series, I give this one 4.25 stars. Darren wants the intimacy that he sees between Thomas and Peter and finally takes up Thomas' offer to visit the club. On his first trip there, he meets JJ. Darren has an abundance of patience for JJ; he knows that he wants JJ in his life and is willing to do what it takes to make it happen.JJ started working in the club for reasons that had nothing to do with being curious about the lifestyle. In fact, he's completely confused by what he f [...]

    16. This was a really sweet read - while the angst level was reasonably low there was enough edge between JJ & Darren to keep me hooked. This book celebrated the Collars & Cuffs family and highlighted to love and joy that came with being in this group of men. Friendship, love and trust. I sense with the closing of this series a new one in Secrets may begin ?

    17. A round and happy ending to a good series. One bonus star for the authors who knew how to end something while it's still good.

    18. 4.5 Stars ~ Sniffs. It’s over. Sniffs. I loved this series. But… Yay! Cannot wait for the men of Secrets who will tell their tales beginning next year (insert fan girl squeal here). It all began with An Unlocked Heart, and an incredible series full of depth and emotion began. Endings and Beginnings is book eight in this series, and the final book in our journey through the lives of the men who call Collars & Cuffs BDSM Club home. This series has covered so many aspects of the BDSM lifesty [...]

    19. Last books in a much loved series are always a scary prospect. Of course I want to know how the story is going to end, what the universe I’ve gotten so attached to will look like when I have to say goodbye for the last time. But on the other side is the reluctance to end what has been an amazing, thrilling and exhilarating love affair with a world and characters that have become so real it feels as if they’re part of my life. But, the main thread of this story is the coming together of JJ and [...]

    20. Reviewed for Just Love. This book is so much more than just about Darren and JJ. A large part of it is, yes, but there is a lot more going on. The authors weave a story together, giving us pieces of past characters, showing us how they’re all doing in their relationships, how they’ve moved forward, and what new adventures they’re embarking on. Along the ride that all of these men take, Darren and JJ take one of their own.The ties that bind JJ to some members of Collars and Cuffs is a terrif [...]

    21. **Originally Posted on Kiki's Kinky Picks**Reviewed by BrandyEndings and Beginnings by K.C. Wells and Parker Williams was a PHENOMENAL ending to the Collars and Cuffs series. I really don’t want the series to end but since it did I could not have asked for a better ending. All of the older characters were in this one along with one more couple coming together within the story. There were multiple POVs of these two new characters and also the POVs of the older ones, which was just perfect! I lo [...]

    22. This was such a perfect ending to the Collars & Cuffs series - I already miss it! In typical Collars & Cuffs fashion, there was a beautiful love story involved with its unique brand of a BDSM relationship. One of the best things the authors have done throughout the series, is create very distinct characters and show the spectrum of BDSM - making the MCs relationships more believable and deeper. In this one, since there were so many main characters from the series, the focus MCs for this [...]

    23. 5 StarsI can’t believe this series is ending. It was a great privilege to travel this road with two exceptional authors. I certainly hope that these authors will consider a new collaboration as I felt their writing styles complemented each other in ways that you never knew who was doing the writing. In this book we get to meet Darren and JJ. The authors we spot on for the character development and I immediately fell in love with both MC’s. It was also great to see the characters from the prev [...]

    24. This was such great ending to the series. I have truly enjoyed each and every one of the book in the Collars and Cuffs series and this one was no different. The authors take turns with each of the couples from previous books and show us where they are now and how they have changed and evolved over the years. I loved getting to see some of my favorite couples (Alex and Leo!!!) again. All of this catch-up was woven wonderfully around the tale of a new couple falling in love and discovering a new w [...]

    25. Another great book. I hope there is a spinoff series focusing around Secrets club because Jarod and Eli are my favorite couple and I want to see them again. This one was all about family and the dynamic between everyone and how involved they are with each other. A new couple Darren and JJ are the main MC's but all the other couples make appearances and many section told from multiple POV's.I loved this book but it can NOT be read as a standalone. You have to know these characters to enjoy this o [...]

    26. From the moment I started this series, I knew it was something different and special. My socks were knocked off with the first book, and each subsequent story just continued to expand this world and family-yes family-to the point that as a reader I was experiencing the same emotions as the characters. You can't help but become fully immersed in every one of their lives, struggles and achievements. Endings and Beginnings is a wonderful conclusion to this series, while at the same time giving us t [...]

    27. A lovely lengthy end to this superb series with lots to get your teeth into. Once I started, I didn’t want to put it down. This more than anything shows how much the story captivated me and that I enjoyed the wonderful collaborative writing from K.C.Wells and Parker Williams. I loved the varied POVs and storylines of favourite characters from the previous stories, as well as being introduced to an adorable new couple in training at the start of their discovery into the joys of a D/s relationsh [...]

    28. ***4 Bittersweet Stars!***This book is a vast departure from the previous seven in the series. It categorically goes through each and every relationship, bringing the reader up to date on the happenings in those couples, while also building an entirely new couple in Darren and JJ. If you’ve not read the previous books, you will miss a great many references, so this really cannot be classified as a standalone in any sense. We met Darren in Thomas and Peter’s book when he lent his assistance in [...]

    29. Endings and Beginnings is the final book in the much loved Collars and Cuffs series written by KC Wells and Parker Williams. As such, the book is pretty much exactly what the title implies, an ending as well as a beginning for all of the men of Collars and Cuffs. We meet new characters, JJ and Darren, and say hello, and then good bye to some of our favorites from the earlier books. I really liked how the authors tied up many loose ends, introduced us to a new couple, and gave us readers a very s [...]
