    2. This is an excellent book. It contains recipes which although 'healthy' are tasty and easy to cook. As promised, the ingredients are all available from big supermarkets.There is good advice about nutrition. I did not know until I read the book that it is important to take in protein after doing a lot of exercise. I have made some of the little protein balls - they are called pick-me-up power balls in the book - and they are delicious.There is a little bit about mindfulness which is worth trying. [...]
