    1. I can’t wait to read Viola’s story. Is about time to read a real woman with real story, not just a teenage girl pretend to be an adult’s story! LOL 😂 We got glimpses of her tragic situations from previous books and that teaser at the end of Someone to Wed? You very meanie Ms. Balogh, asked us to wait that long 😫😫.

    2. This is part of a series but the first book I've read and I didn't feel I missed anything for that. A well-written romance. Moving back and forth between the two lovers keeps the story interesting. Like most of these books, you need to suspend disbelief.

    3. My favorite book in the Westcott Series! I loved the age of the characters and their life experiences that made them the people they are. Very enjoyable read!

    4. Mary Balogh has the ability to truly make me feel her characters. Although she writes romance novels, to me the bedroom scenes are truly secondary and not neccessary to the story. That is not true in many romance novels. In Balogh's novels, My heart swells and breaks a little with these characters. In Someone to Care, she has truly nailed it for me. I really related to Viola and Marc as well as Marc's children. The romance is well crafted. The past and present make sense. The characters from the [...]

    5. I won this book from . It is an advance reading copy and will be out to the public in May 2018. While I have not read any books by Mary Balogh before, I knew of her and had her on my list of authors to check out.I really enjoyed this story, maybe because it was about a older hero and heroine. Love doesn't just happen to the young. The characters were interesting, the story engaging and there can be happily ever afters for everyone, no matter what age. I enjoyed this book so much I have already a [...]

    6. I received an arc for Someone to Care. What a treat! I think this is the best yet! Viola is a mature woman-mother, grandmother, and most recently, stripped of her title when it was discovered her husband was a bigamist. She was duty first, never passion. How amazing to watch her transformation! Marcel is the perfect match for her! He is the rogue that has perfected a heartless image. Together they discover a joy and love. However, it doesn’t come without its trials. Someone to Care left me wit [...]
