    1. I was reading this in the thought that it might be useful for a friend. Another friend loaned it to me for that purpose. She's right (the second friend), but unfortunately the first friend just isn't in the right place at the moment to accept any of it. Still, even though I didn't finish this book, I will remember it if friend #1 ever comes out of denial.
