    2. Let me say first of all WOW! I would have never thought about the idea of drifters, much less their purpose. This book was extremely well written, the plot was fresh and new, and the leads were both heartbreaking and interesting. When I closed this book after reading it I was crying. It was a very touching novel and not really the type I usually read but I am so glad I picked this one up! I'm not a christian.Too many hippocrites in chruches for my taste and has ruined the whole experiance for me [...]

    8. “A tool destined to do as he did, to seek and to save that which was lost"Part Crime novel, part supernatural thriller and wholly captivating, DRIFT is fast paced, gritty and one I dare you to put down.Although clearly marked by the Creator, a “drifter” is not angel, a demon, nor a ghost, but an unseen by most someone; who’s self and life tethers to another person once he is seen by them until they die and/or the tether is broken. In DRIFT our drifter, currently going by the name Boy, fe [...]

    9. I couldn't wait to finish this book. Not because I couldn't wait for the ending but because it was so boring. For a few chapters in the middle it had my attention and got interesting, otherwise I'm surprised I didn't put the book aside and start reading something else. From the outset, the characters in the book were not relatable and were very annoying (even their names were annoying). At no point throughout the book did I feel concerned for the outcome of any character or the story in general. [...]

    10. Call the people at Guinness. Surely this book sets some sort of record for using the phrase Dues ex machina in one book! If I'd done a shot at every mention I'd have had liver disease by the end of the book. Parts of this book are really good, but others proportionally bad. The mystical parts flow while the "mafia" parts are lame. Overuse of Latin, character names like Boy and Baby Doll and worst of all a compulsion to get naked and tap dance over the symolism with sparklers in each hand ruin wh [...]

    11. one of the best thrillers I read for a long time. Put off reading it for a long time after my husband recommended it, but so glad I finally did. Engaging characters and compelling story that leaves you with themes worth thinking about. Would even be glad to read it again.
